Inc. and Fast Company have different audiences, but similar challenges and goals. Inc., founded in 1979, is the handbook of the American entrepreneur. It is written for the owners and top managers of private companies, providing them with useful insight to help them be more successful. Fast Company was launched in 1995 with the goal of revolutionizing business journalism, making it more exciting, accessible and fun. It reached out to an audience of people who see business as force for positive change as opposed to simply a way of making a buck. Both publications were among the most successful magazine launches ever in the U.S.

Just as Inc. and Fast Company pride themselves on advocating progressive and innovative business practices, all of us at MV are determined to walk the talk. We strive to be a transparent, dynamic, and responsible organization that gives all of its employees a meaningful role in helping to shape what we do and how we do it.
