Inc. will host its 46th annual Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala October 22-24, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. The exclusive event is open only to founders and executives of companies that appear on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
The prestigious Inc. 5000 rankings provide a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. The full list reflects the creation of 536,086 jobs and over $300 billion in revenue.
Attendees will come together for a three-day celebration of accomplishments alongside compelling discussions around the challenges and issues facing today’s fastest-growing and highest potential brands. Hosted by Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman along with many of Inc.’s writers and editors, the event features exclusive networking opportunities and a lively Black-Tie Gala hosted by Sean Evans, the award-winning host of “Hot Ones.”
Prominent entrepreneurs and luminaries speaking during the 2025 Conference include:
“The Inc. 5000 is one of the most important things we publish each year – a real-time bellwether of American business,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc., who adds, “At a moment when entrepreneurs are navigating economic uncertainty, labor shifts, and inflation, this list is powerful proof of innovation and resilience. We’re deeply grateful to the thousands of companies that trust us with their growth data to make this list possible.”

And we do so with an array of partners at our side and at the side of this profound cohort of stand-out business leaders. Indeed, our partners rise together to help these 5,000 businesses continue to innovate and grow,” says Jenn Henkus, executive vice president of sales at Inc.
