Joe Johnson is the Chief People and Culture Officer of Mansueto Ventures, where he is responsible for leading the company’s overall people and culture strategy. At the publishing company dedicated to serving the business leaders shaping the future of today’s economy, Joe focuses on talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, and more. Johnson began his career at Mansueto in 2020 as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Senior Consultant, assisting in developing Mansueto’s DE&I programs and initiatives. Prior to Mansueto Ventures, Johnson held various executive-level positions in Human Resources and Sales Management in financial services with Bank of America, SunTrust Bank, and Wachovia Bank. He has a B.S. degree in Sociology with a minor in business from the University of Notre Dame.

Stephanie Mehta

Stephanie Mehta is the CEO & Chief Content Officer of Mansueto Ventures, parent of Inc. and Fast Company. Most recently, she served as editor-in-chief of Fast Company, overseeing its print, digital, and live journalism. Previously, Mehta served as a deputy editor at Vanity Fair, editing feature stories and coediting the annual New Establishment ranking. She also curated the invitation-only New Establishment Summit and Founders Fair conference for women entrepreneurs, which she launched in 2017. In addition, she has worked as a writer and editor at Bloomberg Media, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal. Mehta began her career as a business reporter at The Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk, Virginia. She received a B.A. in English and an M.S. in journalism from Northwestern University. A Chicago-area native, she now lives with her husband and two daughters in Scarsdale, New York.
